Suppressing HP printer banner?

The Question is:

 
I have just configured a printer to use lpr... everything is working just fine.
 
The question relates to a trailor page and how to stop it from printing.
The page contains:-
User: FRED
Host: IOTA.caboolturesc.qld.gov.au
Class:  Job: TEST
 
This prints after every job, how can we stop it.
The printer is a HP LaserJET 8100DN and we do not have a DCPS-OPEN license.
