The Answer is :

If you wish to connect the DEC 3000 series to a PC-class peripherals,
you will need an adapter that provides both the correct wiring pinouts
and an adaption between the differing communications protocols used.
Please see the OpenVMS FAQ and topic 3063 among others for some details
on (trying to) transfer LK401, LK461, LK46W keyboards and VSXXX and
related mouse peripherals across PC-class systems, and PC-class user
  peripherals to older DIGITAL systems.

You can order replacement parts from Compaq.

You can inquire of part availabilty from various surplus equipment
  dealers and resellers, as well.
