Do you answer any question with real answers beyond "apply this patch and call
 the help center if it doesn't help?"
 


The Answer is :

 
  When sufficient information is available for a response, the answer
  to the question posed should be self-evident: yes.  In various cases,
  the specified ECO kit is the fix.  In various other cases, sufficient
  ambiguity or complexity exists in the question, meaning that no direct
  answer is possible.  And in some cases, the question is so complex as
  to be impossible for the OpenVMS Wizard to answer in the time (or the
  space) alloted.
 
  In this case however, please upgrade to the current version of the
  OpenVMS Wizard (as you are apparently accessing the OpenVMS Wizard
  release codenamed "Lizard"), apply any available ECO kit for the
  Wizard, and (if an answer is not forthcoming) please contact the
  Compaq Customer Support Center directly for any additional assistance
  that might be necessary in order to assist you in obtaining an answer
  from the Wizard for your particular question.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard also reserves the right to be stumped by customer
  questions, and to accordingly remain completely silent.
