The Question is:

 
How does one get the CPU utilization numbers with a program?  I had a program
 running under VMS 6.2 that did the trick, but I cannot link it under 7.2.  It
 cannot find the symbol SMP$GL_CPU_DATA, which is key to the execution of the
 program.
