The Question is:

 
what is the maximum telnet sessions can Open VMS support? (total of all users,
 we have over 100 users concurrently)

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of any particular limit (short of
  any licensing limits, the system limit on the maximum number of
  processes, and limits due to the available resources), though you
  may be encountering the default limit on the number of sessions.
