FTP RTB errors on large files?

The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard:
 
I have UCX V4.0 on a VAV 4000-105A with Open VMS 6.2
 
Im not able to copy a large Save Set File from a PC back to the VAX. It only
 works up to a certain file size.
 
For larger files the VAX sends back the following error message:
 
550-RMS WRITE RTB record to large
550 !UL byte record to large for users buffer
 
Is there a UCX configuration parameter I can adjust ore some other way to
 enlarge the buffer size.
 
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  This would appear to be a bug in the version of TCP/IP Services in use.
 
  Please first try TCP/IP Services V4.2 with the current ECO applied.
 
  If the problems persist after the upgrade, please contact the Compaq
  Customer Support Center directly, as details of the BACKUP saveset and
  the particular file transfer commands will be used.
