Replicating/journaling print queue symbiont?

The Question is:

 
An application prints to a queue. Is it possible to redirect this printout to
 be printetd to two different printers at the same time? Two out of one.....

The Answer is :

 
  Yes, via a customized symbiont.  Probably via a customized server
  symbiont, though a print symbiont could also be coded to provide
  this capability.  (OpenVMS does not provide such a "replicating"
  symbiont, though various symbiont examples are available.)
