COPY/RCP and Proxies?

The Question is:

 
Are there any known issues with the dcl command copy/rcp ? It does not seem to
 work correctly with proxy accounts.
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center with details of
  the configuration, the command(s) used, the TCP/IP Services version
  and ECO, and specific details of the error(s) seen.
 
  The RCP and RSH proxies should work identically, but without more
