The Question is:

 
Can I make this current with out stopping and starting TCPIP service ? I'm
 having a problem with really slow mail.
 

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP Services expects to be restarted in this particular case.
 
  Please move to TCP/IP Services V5.1 with the current ECO or to a
  later release as available, or (if you must remain on an older
  TCP/IP Services release) to V5.0A with the current ECO.
