The Question is:

 
If I go to the Compaq site, I can find a Tru64 C reference manual in pdf
 format, but I can't find an OpenVMS C reference manual. I see references to a
 Compaq C User's Guide for OpenVMS Systems manual but I can find no such manual
 anywhere in either pdf (p
referred) or html.  Can you give me any hints or point me anywhere for a VMS C
 manual?
