Security, Intrusion, and Breakin Evasion?

The Question is:

 
How do I reset a machine account that has locked itself out with the
 security_server?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please see the security manual for details on auditing and evasion.
  Depending on the local configuration, the evasion can resolve itself
  after the timers expire, the system manager can use DELETE/INTRUSTION,
  or the system manager must MODIFY/NODISUSER the particular user if
  the breakin evasion processing is configred to disable the target.
 
  The OpenVMS documentation -- including the security manual -- is
