The Question is:

Is there a single sign-on feature with Oracle 8i on OpenVMS 7.3.x? Would it be
possible to utilize the single sign-on features of Advanced Server for OpenVMS
to permit pass-through NT authentication for Oracle users from their
 respective PC's, with the d
atabase residing on OpenVMS/Alpha?

The Answer is :

You have reached the OpenVMS Wizard, and not the Oracle Wizard.
The OpenVMS Wizard is not particularly familiar with the features
and capabilities of Oracle, and is thus in a poor position to
provide information on and features of Oracle or other third-party
software packages. Please contact Oracle for this information.

OpenVMS can use both the older Microsoft Windows NT LAN Manager
authentication available with Advanced Server, and can also use
the newer Microsoft Windows 2000 authentication based on Kerberos
authentication. Kerberos support is available starting with the
  OpenVMS V7.3-1 release.

What authentication options Oracle might offer?
