How do you correct the following IO channel errors for Telnet print using
 UCX$TELNETSYM?

The Answer is :

 
  Please apply the current ECO for whichever version of TCP/IP Services
  V4.2 is in use here, then please see the AskQ area for support article
  "How To Debug An OpenVMS Printer Queue Using TELNETSYM?", and -- if the
  problem persists -- please contact the support center directly.
 
  One of the most common causes of the "output_routine has no IO channel"
  is a printer hardware problem or printer rejection response, such as a
  printer rejecting a print job for reasons such as a job size larger than
  the printer is willing to support, or a level of complexity beyond the
  capabilities of the printer.  The printer may or may not have a log of
  these requests.
 
  If you are not using at least TCP/IP Services V4.2, please upgrade.
 
  The current versions are OpenVMS VAX V7.3 and TCP/IP Services V5.3.
