The Question is:

I HAVE RECENTLY APPLIED THE VMS721_UPDATE_V0300 AND AM NOW GETTING THE
 FOLLOWING ERROR ON DISMOUNT COMMANDS:

ELROND> DISMOUNT/ABORT MKA500:
%CLI-F-SYNTAX, error parsing 'FORCE_REMOVAL'
-CLI-E-ENTNF, specified entity not found in command tables

HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

The Answer is :

If you have not rebooted or have not reload the command tables
within the process issuing the DISMOUNT command, please do so now.

The command to reload the command tables within a process is:

    SET COMMAND/TABLE=SYS$SHARE:DCLTABLES.EXE

When an OpenVMS system is rebooted, all processes will obviously
load the current system DCL command tables.

If you have current ECOs and have rebooted or reloaded, please
  contact the support center directly.
