I have an older alpha 1000 with a storage works Raid array 200 and I am looking

The Answer is :

The EISA Configuration Utility (ECU) floppy is only required for the
(re)configuring configurations that involve EISA controllers, hardware
that the OpenVMS Wizard would not particularly expect was involved in
most AlphaServer 1000 and AlphaServer 1000A configurations.

Licensing emcumbrances have traditionally precluded the unrestricted
download of the ECU software. (If you require a replacement copy of
the ECU distribution, you will have to acquire a copy from HP.)

One of the traditional part numbers used for the ECU floppy kit is:

    QA-01YAA-HC

This part number replaces the older QA-MT4AJ-HC.

The most recent version of the ECU for this platform is circa 1.11.
