Are there any patches to TCP/IP services for openvms to correct problems with
 dynamic DNS.

  There are certainly TCP/IP Services patches for various releases of
  that product, and you will want to apply the current patches.  If
  the reported problem persists with the current patches, please then
  contact the customer support center directly as details of the
