The Question is:

 
I have an alpha station with OpenVMS 7.3.1 installed and DECWindows Motiff for
 OpenVMS Alpha  1.2-6
I need support to Russian Language. How can i add  support for russian language
 to a DecWin installation?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  There is presently no supported DECwindows Russian language variant
  available; the DECwindows Motif Russkij V1.2-3 support was retired
  in May 2000.  This local language variant is likely not compatible
  with more current DECwindows releases.
