The Answer is :

Regarding Terminal or Windows-attached printers and IP printing, topics
  (2490), (2680), (4935), (5198), (8634), and particularly topics (1020),
(9311) and (9416), will be of interest here.

As has been stated before, the OpenVMS Wizard cannot recommend using
host-based LPD due to the relative difficulty of supporting the
  configuration.

For particular assistance with and suggestions for the configuration
of your Microsoft Windows client and the cited client applications,
please contact the third-party vendors for the LPD and Relections
products involved. The OpenVMS Wizard is not particularly in a
position to provide support for any of these third-party packages.
