The BUGCHK privilege allows the process either to make bugcheckerror log entries from user, supervisor, or compatibility mode (EXE$BUG_CHECK)or to send messages to the system error logger ($SNDERR). Restrictthis privilege to HP-supplied system software that uses the Bugcheckfacility.
