DESCRIPTION
This function terminates the MDS service context identified
by the opaque MdsHandle. The MDS handle is invalidated
and MDS frees all internal resources associated with the context.
RETURN VALUE
A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular
error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All other
values represent an error condition.
