DESCRIPTION
This function returns descriptive information about the elective
module manager identified by the GUID or the service mask.
RETURN VALUE
A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular
error condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. NULL indicates
that the routine was unable to get the module manager information.
