Understanding System Parameters

1	Managing System Parameters

When your system is installed or upgraded, values of system parameters are automatically set by the command procedure SYS$UPDATE:AUTOGEN.COM (AUTOGEN), which is supplied by HP. HP recommends that you use AUTOGEN regularly to adjust the values for system parameters to fit your hardware configuration and your system's work load.
