NETMBX Privilege (Normal)  



The NETMBX privilege lets a process perform functions relatedto a DECnet computer network. For example, it allows a process toswitch a terminal line to an asynchronous DECnet protocol or assigna channel to a network device. Grant this privilege to general userswho need to access the network.
