This product provides extensive support of Outlook clients from HP Office Server on OpenVMS.
The HP(TM) Office Server MAPI Driver enables users of HP Office Server equipped with Outlook and Exchange clients to fully participate in messaging interchange with Microsoft Exchange Server® users.This means that as users move forward on the desktop to 32-bit operating systems and 32-bit applications, they can continue to access their high reliability OpenVMS corporate messaging service and historic document repository.
The driver installs on Windows 95®, Windows 98® PCs, Windows NT(TM) Version 4 and Windows 2000(TM) Intel® Server and Workstation and communicates with HP Office Server Version 4.0A, V5.0, V6.0 and ALL-IN-1 Version 3.2 Office Server over Internet Protocol (IP). No changes to the servers are required.
