Dear HP Service Customer,
HP Services wishes to inform you that Hewlett-Packard Company
has begun a retirement process for ACMSxp Development and Runtime
for Tru64 UNIX, Windows NT, and Open VMS Alpha. As a result of this
retirement, HP Services will no longer be available for ACMSxp Development
and Runtime for Tru64 UNIX, Windows NT, and Open VMS Alpha as of
31-Mar-05.
Remedial support for ACMSxp Development and Runtime for Tru64
UNIX, Windows NT, and Open VMS Alpha will be provided through the
Customer Support Centers in accordance with the provisions of your
maintenance contract through, but not beyond 31-Mar-05. Warranty
customers will receive support throughout their initial warranty
period.
HP will offer assistance in the planning and implementation of
viable alternatives and integration solutions for ACMSxp. This assistance
will range from formal meetings through multiple-day planning workshops.
If so desired, HP will also assist in the implementation of the
systems defined in the workshops. Where deemed appropriate, HP will
invite, at the discretion of the customer, ISV and SI partners to
assist in the planning and implementation of viable alternatives
to ACMSxp.
