The Emulex based PBXDP-AA (2-port) / -AB (4-port) / and –AC (8-port)
PCI-to-Sync Adapters were retired in December 2000. The PBXDP-AA/-AB cards and
cables will continue to be orderable until the inventory has been
depleted. Only the PBXDP-AA and PBXDP-AB are still available.
Inventory is very limited, and not all cable variants are
available – last ship is expected June/July 2001. (If your customer
requires any PBXDP product, it is imperative that material availability be
confirmed before making any commitments.)
The Emulex sync cards, the –AA and -AB, are being superseded by
the Digi International DataFire SYNC 2000 PCI-to-Sync Adapters.
There is no equivalent for the PBXDP-AC 8-port adapter available.

Note: There are no cables supplied with the SYNC
2000 Adapters. Each port requires an optional cable to be ordered.
The adapters cannot be used without at least one port/interface
cable.
