Step 1: Be Trained on SNA Server and Windows NT Server

It is highly recommended that the person who is responsible for planning and implementing the migration from the DECnet SNA Gateway to the Access Server Gateway be thoroughly trained. This person should have a good grasp and understanding of the Microsoft Windows NT Server operating system and the Microsoft SNA Server before undertaking the planning and implementation of the migration.
