Could you please clarify what you are looking for regarding HTML? OpenVMS is an operating system - is there some specific document format you want converted to HTML?

Digital does sell VAX ENCRYPTION for OpenVMS VAX systems, based on the DES standard. A version for OpenVMS Alpha systems is being planned.
