Ask the Wizard Questions

Storage: V6.2 KZPSA driver

The Question is:

The OpenVMS release notes for 6.2 say that the driver for the
KZPSA (Fast-wide-differential SCSI controller) would be
available via the web "in 60 days" (from May 1995). And that
the driver could be snarfed from the net via WWW.

Where is the driver? We REALLY NEED IT!!!

Thanks!

<>

The Answer is:

This issue is solved by the ALPSCSI03_062. This controller did
work on V6.2 systems with less than 1 Gig of memory.

Either obtain and apply ALPSCSI03_062 or obtain OpenVMS V6.2-1H1 or
newer special hardware release.
