PATHWORKS on OpenVMS

The Question is: 

Yes, I'm new at OpenVMS...When I go to the PCSA Menu, I
thought I should be able to see all the users of the system.
The problem is I know someone is logging in that isn't listed
on the PCSA menu. This is from when they were in our office
and the system administrator of the VAX in question. The only
thing I can find which resembles there log-in is a batch job
when I run the statement "show queue." The batch job states it
is idle. Can someone log in under a batch job without it being
a user name. Is there any way to see who all CAN access this VAX site?

The Answer is: 

Use the SHOW USERS command to get a list of all current users of the
system.  Use the AUTHORIZE utility to get a list of all potential
users of the system.  PCSA is a Pathworks utility and can be used to
list all of the current and/or potential users of Pathworks services
on the system.

The SHOW QUEUE command lists the various queues on the system,
including batch queues.  The qualifier /ALL will additionally list the
jobs on those queues.  A queue may be in the idle state which simply
means there are no active jobs running on the queue.  Users may submit
jobs for execution on a queue.
