File System: Revision date = creation date

The Question is:

A user at our site inadvertently set protection at the highest
level of a very large directory, which caused the revision date
of every file in the structure to change to the current day's date.

How can we change all file & directory revision dates to be
the same as the creation dates?


The Answer is:

   Acquire a copy of the OpenVMS V2.0 Freeware CD-ROM, and look for the
   DFU utility -- DFU can do this for you.
